Coaching for the Compassionate

For over half my life, I’ve walked alongside people driven by purpose — youth workers, care workers, educators, and faith leaders.
I know what it’s like when your work isn’t simply a job, but an extension of who you are, an outworking of what you value in action — passion engaged in the service of others.

But the risk for people of vocation is real: burnout, compassion fatigue, mission drift. The pain comes when that arc of justice bends too slowly, when we are misunderstood, when we can't can't find the traction to get movement. The cost can be isolation, frustration — and for those you serve, the cost can be you fading away.

You matter, your vocation matters and this is why my passion is to journey with people of vocation, to be a point of encouragement and of recharge. To help you keep going, keep serving, and keep living out your purpose in all it's fullness.

Every team needs time to breathe, reconnect, and remember why it is that we do what we do.

My team building days offer space for deep conversation, renewal of purpose and a desire to move forward, together. It’s a chance to step away from the daily noise and rediscover the energy and connection that enables your to team thrive.
